The latest LS OBSERVER CMS update takes spectrum monitoring to the next level with enhanced automation, making it more efficient and user-friendly than ever. The improved integration with spectrum management ensures a seamless correlation, while new features like the cockpit, frequency list measurement mode, and visual channel overlay in measurement charts provide deeper insights and greater precision. These enhancements make monitoring more intuitive, streamline operations, and help users analyze spectrum data with greater ease and accuracy.
Key Highlights:
One – click Cockpit
A new, intuitive interface that allows users to start predefined measurements, queries, and complex workflows with a single click. Different tiles provide quick access to functions like system status, live measurements, data queries, homing, geolocation, and surveillance tasks.
Correlation
A powerful new feature that combines spectrum management data from mySPECTRA or transmitter databases with real-world measurements. This enables users to correlate key parameters such as center frequency, bandwidth, direction and field strength, improving verification and compliance checks.
Automatic Violation Detection (AVD)
The AVD feature now supports secondary action triggers, enabling automatic follow-up actions when a violation is detected. These include Raw or IQ recordings, and direction finding from multiple locations to geolocate emission sources.
Frequency list measurements & Chart Overlay
The new mode that automatically steps through a frequency list, performing specific measurement tasks for each channel. In addition, the visual frequency plan overlay supports the operator by providing a clearer understanding of the signal environment within the measurement charts. For both functions, the channel grid can be imported from mySPECTRA.
