The future is digital - LS telcom’s 1st Digital USERgroup

It is done! The 24^th USERgroup conference of LS telcom took place from the beginning to the middle of November. Usually the conference forms an essential part of a customer week held annually at the LS telcom AG headquarters in Lichtenau. Adapted to the prevailing COVID-19 situation, the USERgroup was realized digitally for the first time this year. Anyone who purchases an LS telcom product and thus simultaneously receives free membership can participate in the USERgroup: an independent group of users for users.

What had previously been viewed with healthy scepticism proved to be a successful concept at the end of the 1^st Digital USERgroup: the digital format of the 24^th USERgroup was particularly well received, which was reflected in the record number of participants. With almost 250 users from over 45 countries and thus several time zones ranging from Australia to South America, this year's USERgroup surpassed its predecessors in many ways. Even though this year the cultivation of personal relationships and the associated break and table discussions were missing, it was nevertheless possible to create a cross-continental bond and to exchange information digitally about product innovations, current market developments and outlooks as well as user needs.

"We are very happy that the digital format of the event was immediately accepted so positively by our customers. The very positive feedback from all participants is both a reward and an incentive for us," says Roland Götz, COO and member of the Executive Board of LS telcom AG. "Not least due to the fact that the participants were spared often long and costly journeys, the reach of the event was significantly increased. Even if classic events will be possible again after Corona, this digital format will continue to exist and will be integrated into the future concept of the USERgroup.

To build on the success of the 1^st Digital USERgroup, LS telcom invites you to another digital event: The LS Digital Exhibition is a virtual realized version of the exhibition of the above mentioned Spectrum Summit and will open its digital gates from December 1^st - 3^rd, 2020. During four market-specific live video streams, participants will get an insight into LS telcom’s product and service portfolio and learn more about the innovative Smart Spectrum Solutions.
