SPECTRUM MONITORING MEASUREMENTS

Training Focus

This training gives an introduction into the most common spectrum monitoring measurements. Beside several measurement techniques theoretical background is presented. The training ends with some practical examples.

Course Objectives

After the training the participants will be able to understand the procedures and methods of the most common monitoring measurements. They will also be able to distinguish between different measurement technologies and be aware of technical limitations of this measurement equipment.

Suitable for

Regulatory Authorities’ staff members supposed to execute Spectrum Monitoring Measurements in future.

Prerequisites

General knowledge about radio communications and electromagnetic wave propagation.
